Late Summer 2022-December 2025 -- A COUPLE of Years of Storms, Winds and Auroras extending far south, but not much Snow. General trend has been long Summers, short Winters.

One week long sub-freezing cold snap hit in late Feb2025 then a series of wind/dusty storms in early March.
April 2025 saw record rainfall from nightly/early morning rains. Cloudy mornings and rains ended mid to late June but temps remained below 100 until the end of July.
Warm and dry Fall, followed by a mixed December - below average first 1/3, average middle 1/3 and much above average week before Christmas through New Years.
New Years 2026 was cloudy to partly cloudy with temperatures in the 60s.
Notable Events
There was a garden killing late freeze April 20, 2023 (temperatures dropping from 60 F to zero in one day). A monster storm hit in June 2023 with high winds and large hail causing wide-spread damage.

4-6 inches of rain falls in 90 minutes and creates havoc in the early hours of 26 April 2025. A total of 14.25" of rain for April smashes the April 1915 record of 9.76" for the month.
